Love for the Old School..Ahh when things were simpler

On entering the outskirts of Dartmouth keep straight ahead. Straight over roundabout past Park & Ride, continue down the hill. Straight over mini roundabout. Straight down the hill with the Naval College to your left. You will enter a one way system around Dartmouth taking you along the river front. Take the first right at the inner harbour, drive past Natwest bank and just before the George and Dragon pub (straight in front of you) turn into Zion place to the left of the pub. Zion Apartments are in the bright blue building to your right. Apartment 9 has a white inset and apartment 8 is around the corner on the right with the blue port hole door.

Now, assuming you're at zion place (and it's after 2.30pm)

Key Collection

beside your front door you will see a key safe box

Enter your 4 digit code

For apt 8 – Flip the black switch down and open box, your key will be inside.
For apt 9 -You don’t need a key! Simply enter your 4 digit code into the keypad above the door handle.

Luggage drop off

Ok, you’ve got your key, you’ve had a quick look at your lovely accommodation, lets get you settled in!
Zion Place is a fairly quiet street, so you will be ok to pause on the double yellows whilst you unload your luggage to your room. Please do not stay longer than necessary – you will be at risk of a parking ticket. Police station square, market square and Mayors avenue car parks are the nearest places to park however please refer to the Parking for full details.

Parking

Please review our guide to parking in Dartmouth Town centre. If you are staying in and around Dartmouth town durring your stay, everywhere is walkable and you really don’t need your car, in this case please, please use Dartmouth Park and ride.

At Just B we no longer have an office / Reception area, however we are only a phone call away and are happy to help with anything you may require. There are comprehensive booklets in your accommodation which answer the most frequently asked questions so this is a good place to start with any queries you may have, however if you can’t find what you need, please just give us a call – 07973 452669

Check you accommodation

Please check over your room and make sure you are happy with eveything. If you spot anything missing or you are unhappy with anything, please, please do give us a call and we’ll pop down and we will do our upmost to fix it

Paying your balance

Please check email communications. Balances are automatically deducted from the card on which you used to pay your deposit. If for whatever reason there is a balance outstanding we will contact you to arrange settlement.
