Collecting your key

Go up the Spiral staircase onto balcony ( follow signs to Room1)
The Balcony Room (1) is the first set of patio doors
On the door you will see the safe box
Open black flap to reveal keypad
Enter your 4 digit code
Pull black small leaver to left of digits to open front flap of lock box
Key in Left side door

Luggage drop off and Parking

If you have arrived by car, Lake street is a quiet street. You can pull up outside, either in the street or on the pavement between the lake street houses. For loading only – 5 mins MAX.

Drop your luggage, collect your key and then park the car.

Enter Lake street with Poundland on your right. See grey and white stripe fence. Between the fence and 5 Lake street is 12 tiles steps to entrance.

Arrive by ferry

If you can, choose to arrive via Dartmouth Higher Ferry or Dartmouth Lower Ferry. . Unless its August, or before 7am, or after 10:30pm

There is something really special about arriving via car, via ferry, The views are incredible. Although this comes with some strong caveats, as during summer during peak times queues can be up to an hour. Please check operating times:

Check out is before 10.30am

Please ensure your room is locked up and you drop your key back into the ‘KEY SAFE’ (where you collected it)
