Room 1 is our larger Balcony Double bedroom and has the luxury of its own private balcony with views towards Dartmouth’s main St Saviours Church. This feels light an airy with double patio doors. This is one of our most popular rooms so book early if you can!
St Elmo Cottage is accessed from Lake Street. There are 12 steps leading up to the property, (similar to an average staircase leading to a first floor). Room 1 is located on the first floor of the propery accessed by the external spiral staircase and leading to the front balcony overlooking the roof tops of Dartmouth. Your own private front door is accessed from this balcony.
As with all our Just B accommodation in Dartmouth this room is Room Only and offers Bed no Breakfast in Dartmouth – Check out just a few of the great Breakfast cafes, less than 2 minutes walk away from your accommodation. Enjoy wherever and at whatever time you like!
